Compensation

 

RaceTrac values our store management team and offers a competitive salary package along with a monthly bonus program. Store managers also receive medical benefits and are eligible to participate in our scholarship program, company profit sharing (401k), and stock appreciation rewards plan.

SAVINGS AND PROFIT SHARING PLAN (401k) Tax differed savings through a 401k savings account is one of the best ways to save for your future. To make it even better, RaceTrac will match a portion of your savings allowing you to build your nest egg even faster
