Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will interpret coding and use medical terminology to enter claims into a computer system. You will process claim forms, co-pays, co-insurance maximums, provider reimbursements, and adjudicate for allocation of deductibles.

Working as a Claims/Customer Service Representative with the University of Utah Health Plans Department, is for those who have three years medical claims processor experience, who enjoy working with people, and who want to be a part of an exceptional team in a fast paced and friendly environment.
