Entry level of pay (after training): $9.50 /hour.

Job Responsibilities;
Answer technically complex inbound calls from customers regarding their product.

We''re looking for Technical gurus with experience in:

• Fielding technically complex inbound calls


• Assessing needs of caller in a timely manner and instruct how to correct technical problem


• Resolving issues and complex problems with hardware and software *


• Working in a fast paced environment


• Accurately targeting problems and know which situations to escalate


• Takes responsibility for all problem resolutions

Job Requirements

• 
  
  Have 6 months call center experience or something comparable?


• Have somewhat of a technical mind?


• Have experience in repairing hardware and software issues?

Must be 18 years of age, have a HSD or GED and complete pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
