LPN/COORDINATOR

A dependable, caring person is needed to work with MH/MR adults in a residential home. Applicant will coordinate and schedule all activities in the house such as doctor's appointments and social activities. Responsibilities also include assisting with resident's medical needs, direct care, socialization, and daily living requirements. Six months experience working in a community home needed. This is a full -time position working six day on and two days off. Valid PA driver's license is required.
