COMPANY: West Corporation-Reno

LOCATION: Reno, Nevada (NV)

SALARY: $9.00/hr (training)-$11.00/hr (after 90 days)

JOB TYPE: Full Time (FT)

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6-months related work history

EDUCATION LEVEL: High School/GED required

NOW HIRING:

Customer Care Agents

• $9.00 per hour (training wage)
• $11.00 per hour (following 90 days of employment)
• Daytime & Evening shifts available
• Benefits available, including Tuition Reimbursement!

As a Customer Care Agent, you will represent a premier client in the wireless industry. While taking incoming calls, assist our client customers to resolve their service-related questions, as well as handle billing issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6-months related work history
• Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include working at least one weekend day
• Ability to communicate using a clear, distinct voice
• Drug screens and background checks are required for all qualified applicants.
